Shaefer PR & Marketing is a full service communications agency. Headed by a former journalist, we use a broad range of traditional and non-traditional tools to devise a bespoke communications programme designed to meet the needs of our clients This may include helping a journalist develop a positive story about an organisation, through to utilising social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook to engage with customers and stakeholders.

We work with other talented people such as graphic designers and photographers, meaning we can deliver everything from a photograph to accompany a press release through to a new visual identity or, but at all times our clients only ever deal directly with us. Unlike many PR and marketing agencies, once we take on a new client, we don’t delegate the work to an inexperienced account executive and guarantee that all the work will be carried out by one of our directors.
